Soooo, how excited are YOU about our upcoming show?  I was a bit apprehensive at first about a Star Wars Day show - I'd already been planning an Invisible Man burlesque act and a cartoon-themed handbell set, and had to think fast for something new (or just redo my Katamari act, with the Katamari painted like the Death Star).  But I've now got the ultimate Star Wars burlesque act planned.  I'm not going to tell you about it except that it will involve Ladytron and papier-mâché (I would make spectacular use of glitter bombs, too, but I'm already in trouble for getting glitter - aka stage herpes - all over the Rivoli stage this spring; I probably shouldn't risk pissing off my home stage any more).

What Star Wars themes are you hoping to see explored through the magical art of burlesque next month?  Do you have your tickets yet?  Do you think that "Come Sail Away" could be shoehorned into a Star Wars music set?

The Force is gonna be strong in this one, you guys.
