Victoria Lee Panos is a Toronto-based cartoonist/illustrator and seems to be the last who still uses exclusively analog media.  As can be seen from her work, her biggest influences are Alessandro Barbucci/Barbara Canepa and Jamie Hewlett.  She bought a Vespa scooter specifically so that she could commute to Canada's Wonderland to work as a retail caricaturist, but then decided that she's rather have a hairstyle and instead uses the scooter as the title point of her new journal comic, Two Wheels Short of a Smartcar (http://2wheelsshort.livejournal.com) and draws her favourite cartoon characters sitting on it.
